I started Candlelight Therapies in August of 2022 so that I could stay at home with my babies. ( you might hear them if they are not napping during your appointment 🙂)
I do 1 hour for a full body treatment for $90
Or half an hour for a specific area for $50

One question I get alot from first time clients is "which treatment would you recommend to start off with?" And I now have 4 different treatments you can choose from! So let's go over all of them.
DEEP MUSCLE THERAPY - Unlike classic massage therapy, which is used for relaxation, dmt usually focuses on a specific problem, such as: chronic pain, limited mobility, recovery from injuries (e.g. whiplash, falls, sports injury), repetitive strain injury, such as carpal tunnel syndrome, osteoarthritis pain, fibromyalgia, and muscle spasms.
REFLEXOLOGY - All systems and organs of the whole body are said to be mirrored or reflected in smaller peripheral areas. Reflexology stimulates the body into healing itself by improving circulation, reducing stress, pain, and restoring natural balance.
MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE - Mld relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system. Lymphatic drainage massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels.
HOT STONE MASSAGE - Hot stone massage can relieve pain and tension in your muscles due to the combination of massage therapy and heat. Heat is often recommended as a way to treat achy muscles. Applying heat to an area of the body helps increase blood flow to that spot, which improves healing. There's 2 ways I can do this treatment. 1. I can use the stones as an add on to a deep muscle treatment for heat on those stubborn spots that need abit more work to loosen up, or 2. I can do a full body treatment with the stones as more of a relaxation treatment.
Now each treatment is customizable! If you have swollen feet but you also have really sore shoulders I can do the lymphatic drainage on your legs and deep muscle on your back. Or maybe you stand all day at work and like reflexology on your feet but also want your back done. I can do 40 minutes in one area and 20 in the other. Or you can add an extra half hour to your treatment and get even more!

WHAT IS DEEP MUSCLE THERAPY?
Deep Muscle Therapy = DMT for short deals with nerves, muscles, bones, blood and the lymphatic system. DMT is the systemic kneading, stroking and pressure point therapy applied over the entire body. Treatments usually take around an hour to do.

Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet. It may provide pain and stress relief, among other benefits.
WHAT IS HOT STONE THERAPY?
Hot Stone Therapy uses stones to provide heat therapy to the muscles, which can help reduce tension and pain. The stones used in hot stone massage are typically basalt, volcanic rock that is usually high in iron, which allows them to absorb heat.
